Mythical Heart Cake Decorating Masterclass

Ready to take your cake decorating skills to the next level?

Join us for a 2-hour Masterclass where you’ll learn how to create one of our signature vintage heart cakes. Designed for decorators looking to expand their skills, this workshop will guide you through the techniques behind lambeth, vintage piping, professional buttercream roses, and creating a mythical cake.

Each student will decorate their own heart cake from start to finish and leave with both their completed creation and the confidence to recreate these techniques at home.

During this Masterclass, you’ll learn:

• How to achieve smooth buttercream finishes
• Classic vintage Lambeth-inspired piping techniques
• How to create realistic buttercream roses using a flower nail
• Rose placement and floral composition
• How to safely and beautifully incorporate decorative elements like a keepsake sword into your cake design
• Professional finishing touches that make your cakes stand out

Seats for this class will be extremely limited to ensure personalized instruction, allowing plenty of one-on-one guidance throughout the evening.

Doors close 15 minutes after posted Class Start Time. Students exceeding the 15 minute grace period will be denied entry into class without possibility of refund or transfer.

We understand that emergencies or illness may happen, causing your absence. However, fresh ingredients are prepared days in advance for cake classes. Due to this, tickets are non-refundable – no exceptions. Tickets can be transferred to a friend if ticket holder is unable to attend. Tickets are transferrable to future dates if transfer request is submitted via email to baesbaekery@outlook.com with two weeks notice (14 days). Transfer requests within two weeks to the class date will not be granted.
