Custom Cakes are a time consuming, artistic, and labor intensive craft. Bae’s Baekery requires a MINIMUM of 2 weeks notice for our Custom Cakes.

Absolutely no exceptions.

Vanilla Bean: A perfect option for safe side of cakes! Our Vanilla Bean Cake with Vanilla Bean Buttercream is sure to make your party smile.

Chocolate Fudge: Baker’s Favorite! Our Chocolate Fudge cake is unlike others; moist, rich, and perfectly springy and light, layered with our favorite Chocolate Milk Buttercream.

Jubilee (Confetti): Perfect for a fun time! Enjoy our Confetti Cake layered with classic Vanilla Bean Buttercream. A kid’s favorite!

Cinnamon Spice: Baker’s Favorite! Bae’s Cinnamon Spice cake is rich and aromatic, and our classic Vanilla Cream Cheese Frosting is a win for every event during any season.

Hummingbird (+$3): A southern classic! Moist banana based cake mixed with spices, fresh pineapple, and walnuts, then layered with Vanilla Cream Cheese Buttercream. If you haven’t had this type of cake before – this is your sign to try it!

Carrot (+$3): Classic Carrot Cake with toasted pecans and freshly shredded carrot, layered with Vanilla Cream Cheese Frosting.

Reeses (+$3): Our favorite Chocolate Fudge Cake with Reeses Peanut Butter Buttercream, layered with crushed Reeses and Reeses Pieces. Dripped with chocolate and peanut butter ganache. Rich and classic.

Marble: The simple cakes are the best. Vanilla Bean and Chocolate Fudge cake swirled together, layered with Vanilla Bean and Chocolate Milk Buttercream.

Chocolate Chip Cookie (+$9): Where are my Cookie Monsters?! This monster features Vanilla Bean Cake, Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake, and Chocolate Fudge Cake layered with Vanilla Bean Buttercream and Crushed Chocolate Chip Cookie pieces. Dripped with chocolate ganache.

Brownie Fudge (+$9): Brownie’s #1 fan ever? This is the cake for you. Enjoy our Brown Butter Brownie sandwiched between two layers of Chocolate Fudge cake, covered with Chocolate Milk Buttercream.

Tuxedo (+$7): Classy, seven layers, and elegant. Our Chocolate Fudge Cake layered with Chocolate Mousse, Chantilly Cream, and Chocolate Ganache (traditional and whipped).

Red Velvet: Dreamy Red Velvet cake with white chocolate chips, layered with Vanilla Bean Cream Cheese Frosting. Dripped in White Chocolate Ganache, and perfect for the Red Velvet Fan in your life.

German Chocolate (+$5): Rich Chocolate Fudge Cake layered with traditional German chocolate cake frosting, covered in Chocolate Milk buttercream. Topped with German Chocolate cake frosting.

Blueberry Lemon(+$5): It’s summertime year-round with this cake! Lemon Blueberry Pound Cake layered with Vanilla Chantilly Cream, and Lemon Blueberry Buttercream. Garnished with Fresh Blueberry Pie Jam.
