Cakes 101 : A Workshop with Bae from Bae’s Baekery

In just three hours, you will master the art of working with buttercream as you transform pre-baked layers into a beautifully finished, professional-looking cake.

What You Will Master

This is a fully hands-on, three-hour class where you will complete your very own cake from start to finish:

• Cutting & Leveling: Learn the secret to perfectly flat cake layers.
• Filling & Stacking: Master the technique for stable, balanced layers.
• The Crumb Coat: Learn this crucial step to lock in crumbs for a flawless final finish.
• Final Buttercream Finish: Practice smoothing, texturing, and perfecting your cake’s exterior.
• Decorating: Finish your cake with a simple, vintage, cake piping in a color of your choice.

Your Take-Home Masterpiece

Each student will leave with a beautiful, fully decorated 6-Inch, 4-Layer Cake that serves 8-10 guests—ready to enjoy for the holidays!

• You Choose the Flavor: Select either classic Vanilla or rich Chocolate cake.
• You Choose the Color: Pick your final buttercream finish color (details provided upon registration).

*Doors for Cake Class open at class start time. Class begins 15 minutes after posted Class Start Time. Students exceeding the 15 minute grace period will be denied entry into class without possibility of refund or transfer.

We understand that emergencies or illness may happen, causing your absence. However, fresh ingredients are prepared days in advance for cake classes. Due to this, tickets are non-refundable – no exceptions. Tickets can be transferred to a friend if ticket holder is unable to attend. Tickets are transferrable to future dates if transfer request is submitted via email to baesbaekery@outlook.com with two weeks notice (14 days). Transfer requests within two weeks to the class date will not be granted.
